These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tickseats. By creating an account or purchasing tickets on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Who can use Tickseats and your responsibilities as an account holder.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets on Tickseats. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may only maintain one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. This includes your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension.

2. Purchasing Tickets

What you need to know when buying tickets on Tickseats.

Browse & Select

Browse events by category (Concerts, Sports, Theater & Comedy), search for specific artists or venues, and select the tickets that suit you. All ticket details — section, row, seats — are clearly displayed.

Pricing & Service Fees

Ticket prices are clearly displayed. A service fee may apply to cover transaction processing and our ticket guarantee. All fees are fully visible before you confirm your purchase — no surprises at checkout.

Secure Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We support credit and debit cards. All card data is tokenized and encrypted — we never store your full card details on our servers.

Ticket Delivery

After purchase, your tickets are delivered electronically. You will receive them via email with download links or transfer instructions. We ensure timely delivery well before your event.

Tickseats Guarantee

Every purchase is backed by the Tickseats Guarantee. If your tickets are invalid, don't match your order, or if the event is cancelled, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. No questions asked.

3. Tickseats Guarantee

Your purchase is always protected.

Valid Tickets

We guarantee that the tickets you receive are valid and authentic. If you receive tickets that do not work at the venue, we will provide a full refund or comparable replacement tickets.

Accurate Details

The tickets you receive will match the details of your order — including event, date, section, row, and seat numbers. If there is a discrepancy, contact us immediately for resolution.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact our support team.

Timely Delivery

We commit to delivering your tickets in time for the event. If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, we will work to resolve the situation promptly or issue a full refund.

EU Withdrawal Right

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, tickets for events on a specific date are exempt from this right under Article 16(l) of the Directive. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to event tickets purchased on Tickseats.

5. Prohibited Activities

Activities that are not allowed on our platform.

Fraudulent Activity

Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or attempting to defraud Tickseats or other users.

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referral rewards, or circumvent restrictions or bans.

Unauthorized Scraping

Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform without our written consent.

Resale of Purchased Tickets

Purchasing tickets through Tickseats for the sole purpose of reselling them at inflated prices on other platforms.

Chargeback Abuse

Filing chargebacks with your bank after receiving valid tickets. Disputed charges will be investigated.

Abusive Behaviour

Harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward our support team or other users of the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Tickseats — including the logo, design, software, and text — is owned by Tickseats and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a flawless experience, Tickseats is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickseats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the tickets in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or our services, please contact us at support@tickseats.com first. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may pursue the matter through applicable legal channels. For EU consumers, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

9. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or users. Upon closure, any pending orders will be fulfilled. Account termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure (such as outstanding payments).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Tickseats after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use and contact us to close your account.
